Return Policy

At Bella Nova Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for store credit only within 21 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, and damage

  • With all original tags attached

Items sent back outside of the 21-day window will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Lingerie/intimates

  • Accessories & jewelry

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

Store Credit

Approved returns will receive store credit only in the form of a digital gift card emailed to the customer.

Store credit does not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect or damaged item was sent by Bella Nova Boutique.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bella Nova Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Late or Refused Returns

Any returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.
