Processing & Shipping Time
All standard orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days after your order is placed.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Express Shipping
Orders placed with Express Shipping are prioritized and shipped sooner than standard orders.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Pretty N Pressure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
